William Blue Dining is the training restaurant for William Blue College of Hospitality Management, a leading hospitality school in Sydney, and is open for lunch and dinner from Monday to Saturday during college term. Having recently moved from North Sydney to a new home at the former location of Neil Perry’s Rockpool, William Blue Dining has earned itself a strong reputation of culinary excellence and exceptional service. Students undertake all cooking and service duties under the watchful eye of their experienced teachers.
