As a hotel manager you are responsible for the day to day management of a hotel and its staff and for planning, organising and directing all hotel services. These include Front of House (Reception, Concierge, Reservations), Food and Beverage Operations and the Rooms Division. You will set the example for staff to deliver a standard of service and presentation that meets the guests’ needs and expectations.
