Advanced Diploma of Hospitality (Commercial Cookery Pathway)

We combine the technical skills you need to get a job as a chef with a solid foundation of business subjects so you can be a manager in the hospitality industry.

Your culinary skills will be developed through hands-on experience in our fully equipped commercial kitchens in our North Sydney campus and at Crows Nest. You will also be preparing, cooking and serving restaurant quality food for paying guests at our award-winning restaurant, William Blue Dining.

The best part of this course is that you complete 900 hours of paid work placement with one of our industry partners. William Blue has helped thousands of students launch their careers in the hospitality industry.

The course incorporates cuisine-specific units and subjects from the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality and is nationally recognised as part of the Australian Qualifications Framework. On successful completion you will be awarded a SIT60307 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality.
