Kylie Bainbridge
I am working at White Gums Restaurant (4 1/2 star fine dining) at
Ayers Rock Resort as a Food and Beverage Attendant working 6 days a
week. I have also been given the opportunity to work on events at the
Resort which is something I would like to do more of in the long-term.
I am loving the whole experience and enjoying the change of lifestyle
from Sydney.
I was recommended William Blue College by a former student and I
loved the lecturers, mix of students and the industry-relevant course.
I plan to take my career overseas and progress through Food &
Beverage.
Tomoko Kasai
I am working at the Hilton as a Banquet Waiter. I heard about
William Blue through my school in Japan and I really enjoyed the
leadership and marketing subjects there. I met a lot of great people. I
plan to go back to Japan in the future and work in hotels as an HR
Manager.
