2012 Graduate | Advanced Diploma of Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) | Chef de Partie, Jonah’s Whale Beach | Former Chef, The Apollo Potts Point

“William Blue has a strong portfolio of industry partners and provided me with the chance to learn both how to cook and work in a kitchen but also to learn about different facets of the hospitality industry. If you're interested in entering the industry, my advice is not to be afraid to throw yourself out there. If you're passionate and persistent, it will pay off.”
