Our knowledgeable course advisors, helpful mentors, and expert lecturers will assist you in reaching your goals. William Blue's career advisors provide one-on-one personalised tutorial support and service.
Facilitated learning
Each unit is facilitated by a dedicated online lecturer who guides the learning process and provides academic support. William Blue lecturers are subject experts and are chosen for their ability to instruct, motivate and challenge students throughout the courses, and many will be leading industry experts.
Benefits of studying with a cohort
Within units of study, students are grouped into cohorts. Students share the learning experience with each other and their lecturer through group activities and a variety of communication channels. This helps to build a learning community with the lecturer as a key facilitating and moderating presence.
Proactive student support
Prospective students should not feel concerned that they will not be able to keep up or will feel isolated studying online. Our student support team provide mentoring and motivational support for online students including:
- Personalised support throughout the course of study with a choice of email or telephone contact
- One-on-one support to help students establish goals, create study plans and develop sound academic study skills
- Familiarising students with the detailed orientation as well as a large suite of guidance resources available.
