William Blue Dining
William Blue Dining, is the show-case restaurant for William Blue College of Hospitality Management. Located in North Sydney, William Blue Dining is open from Monday to Friday lunch and dinner. It has won many awards, including the 2012 LifeStyle Channel's I Love FOOD Award for 'State Favourite Flavours of the World', 'Best Restaurant in a Training Institution 2008' and 'Best Restaurant in a Training Institution 2011' by the Restaurant and Catering Association in New South Wales. William Blue Dining was also voted one of Australia's Favourite Restaurants in the 'I Love Food Awards' on the Lifestyle Channel in 2010.
With a seating capacity of 50 covers, William Blue Dining reflects the very highest industry standards in both food, beverage and service. Hospitality students service both in the dining room and the kitchen and are supervised by current industry experts which is the William Blue point of difference.
William Blue Dining is a fully licensed restaurant* which offers a spectacular modern Australian three course meal for just $32.
*Unfortunately William Blue Dining is not BYO.
We are open from Monday the 25th of February until Friday the 3rd of May 2013.
We will be operating Monday to Friday for Lunch and Dinner
