Get ready to immerse yourself in all things hospitality. You will start the day at The Squire’s Landing for morning tea. If you are interested in Culinary Management, you’ll explore The Squire’s Landing venue and then have a hands-on workshop at William Blue Dining. If you are interested in Hospitality or Tourism Management you will attend Pier One Hotel and the Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel to see what a day in the life looks like in a 5-star hotel; including an exclusive tour of the suites, restaurants, and kitchen. For lunch, you will be spoilt at our award-winning restaurant, William Blue Dining – now ranked among the top 10 restaurants in Sydney on TripAdvisor.
You will also have the opportunity to learn about our 2019 School Leaver Scholarships valued at up to $57,600!
