TRAIN IN A LIVE RESTAURANT
Students will undertake most of their practical training at our live restaurant, William Blue Dining, learning firsthand what it takes to run a restaurant. Located in The Rocks, the restaurant is generally fully booked each day of operation and in June 2018 was ranked #5 out of 4,993 restaurants in Sydney by TripAdvisor.

You control your workload, how and where you study. We offer full-time or part-time classes that are delivered online and face-to-face, so you can choose a course delivery that suits your busy schedule. We offer you a trimester based system, giving you an opportunity to start your course when it suits you, and study online from anywhere in the world.
